si c'est possible, après parsing du markdown, améliorer le style des tableaux

mettre du padding
centrer et mettre en gras les headers

exemple d'article avec des tableaux, tout comprimés et pas très beau par rapport au rendu sur github : http://www.infoq.com/fr/articles/evaluating-agile-software-methodologies
