do u have tested the text feature from char-CNN-RNN and skip-thought? and which is better for generating images?

Depends on the type of OS you are running. char-CNN-RNN requires you to use Torch, which for windows is not compatible. However, skip-thoughts subverts that and you can use that on windows. For any other OS, it's trivial
