Make all config options available through the cli parameters in the bootstrap server binary:

  • listen_address_list
  • worker_thread_count
  • max_entries_per_space
  • request_listen_duration
  • prune_interval

The defaults will still be testing or production defaults, but if any of these are explicitly specified, it will override the defaults.
