這個脚本功能太强大了，但有時候比如想要下載某個連載中漫畫或者某位作者的圖集，然後下載好了
之後更新了又想下載新的章節和圖
有沒有辦法能標記已經下載過的圖或者把這些記憶這些已經下載的圖
或者能不能按照時間來過濾呢，輸入一個時間點不下載這個時間點以前或者以後的圖，有一個p站的下載器就有這個功能

如果時間在url中，可以用正規過濾的功能來篩選下載項
