What feature and where in the system
Create a new repo, https://github.com/new

Current Status
Can choose a preset .gitignore file

The way you want it to be
Add an option called custom .gitignore

Reason
In general, each developer's .gitignore is different, and everyone has their own style.

Additional context
How to do? E.g, creating a special repo, like Your profile README, and then selecting this special repo when creating a new repo.

Any ideas?
