  • Check the network on start and automatically reset db once it's due for update.

IDK if this is possible right now, to reset the db while the node is running. Maybe a first step is to do it with a restart of besu?

Reset on restart should be fine. Any pointers on which session of the codebase I should focus my implementation on to get this done?
