1.8 and UUID

Will you be bring this plugin up to date with 1.8 and UUID?

I'm fairly certain this plugin is very very dead, it hasn't been updated in years... and uuid xfering is REALLY tedious to code in. So yea, gotta look for a new plugin.

Also that, most of the time, it's not strictly necessary. You can still manually handle transferring of funds as an admin if someone changes usernames, although you're not protected against malicious name changes.
