How to run rtsp server from multiple instances of obs

I would like to generate multiple different rtsp streams from one pc by running multiple instances of obs and running rtsp server from each obs instance. each obs is running in portable configuration. I tried to do this by placing copies of the rtsp server files in the appropriate obs files areas for each instance obs copy ie obs-1....obs-3 but it does not seem to work. Is this possible to do and how?
