An enhancement to the software.
Reason
In GrandPotentialKernelAction, the chemical potential mobilities currently cannot mix scalars and tensors. Also, an error has popped up with multiple chemical potentials not being linked in the CoupledSwitchingTimeDerivative kernels.
Design
Add the capability to mix and match mobility data types and improve the linkage in CoupledSwitchingTimeDerivative kernels.
Impact
This will improve the flexibility and performance of GrandPotentialKernelAction
