[Improvement] - Better cursor positioning

Currently - when cursor is at the bottom of the list and user tries to scroll back to top - cursor stays at the bottom up until it reaches first items

Consider keeping same folder entries on the screen, but move cursor to the top. Only after that scroll the list itself. Probably worth checking Table docs
