I like to use APKMirror as an app discovery service and browse through pages to look for new stuff.

However, there's no way to only show the latest uploads and it's annoying to see yet another dated WhatsApp/Facebook beta even when I'm 10 pages in.

How do you propose this functionality/feature would work? Could you describe a good flow please?

On the top navigation bar, there would be a link to "Latest Apps", maybe /apps/

Then return the results of the "appcategory" taxonomy sorted by last upload/modification date and show the last version. (general idea, not sure how it is stored/handled at the WordPress backend)

BTW, https://www.apkmirror.com/page/2/ and https://www.apkmirror.com/uploads/page/2/ seems to be exactly the same and redundant, perhaps the current "Latest Uploads" link at the navbar could be swapped out for this feature.

Thanks for both of these. We'll think about how to resolve/implement them.

What about simply displaying a tag LATEST next to the app's name everywhere on the site?
