Feature request - React Browser Extensions boilerplate

Browser Extensions are growing every day and the millions of people use them, there are a few good boilerplates out there for building them with react but nothing that is really well maintained.

I would love NWB to add a Browser Extension boilerplate for building cross-browser extensions.
