The Other search engines button is always in the Enable

… state instead of changing its state to "Disable" after being turned on

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Click on the button "Other search engines (You can use this extension on the following search engines)".
2. Mark several search engines.
3. Confirm the selection by clicking on the "Enable" button in the "Other search engines" pop-up window.
4. Make sure that the "Enable" button has not changed to "Disable" either immediately or after reopening the browser extension settings window.
