.ember-cli config option output-path redirects the output of this plugin #105

I had a config option "output-path": "dist" in my .ember-cli config file.

When this option is set, the cordova www directories are not updated.

Maybe it should be documented or asserted that this option is not set.
Best solution would be to override it when running some cdv.
