I've had many friends ask me "when will TPB be back up and where can I torrent in the mean time".

Does anybody have a working installation and site that I can refer some traffic to?
Mine is a bit unstable for now.

I agree with @m0k1, you should tell them to use OldPirateBay in the meantime. And it looks like TPB will be back in 13 days (according to the counter on the homepage).
