websockets connection errror

I tried the historical tick data example but keep getting an error saying
"websockets.exceptions.ConnectionClosedError: no close frame received or sent" - what is the problem here?

Hey, can you send me the code you are trying to run, plus could you do a pip freeze from your python env so I can see what packages you have installed? For Protobuf with Rithmic you have to use an old version: protobuf==3.20.3
