The accurate positioning at the link-level is not achievable when using Popover Previews.

Accurate popover previews only work for headings, not at a link level right now. Will keep this issue open to track previews accurate to the actual text itself

i see that it does not work even for heading
if it works also with block would be great this could work with #165
