This is a Windows Service/Console App that listens for a specific folders and uses HandBrakeCLI.exe to compress to another location.
Still under development. Current settings are stored in the app.config of each respectable program.
File extensions may be a comma separated list to instantiate multiple listeners on a particular folder.
