Expected outcome

Should connect to Localhost, running on port 8080

Actual outcome

Will come back with "The Requested URL can't be reached" error.

Versions

App: 10.0.12
Platform: 5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/107.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to connect to a running app via ARC, both desktop and browser.
The connection fails as absolutely nothing is returned.
