Here is a perfect example where I simply turn the chat stream at the top into a workflow into two workflows (the only difference between the two is that the second workflow is referencing the same system prompt via wiki link while the first one in plain text). And the shown above the one using wiki link is not working (though I am very sure they used to work)

Wikilinks in system prompts in workflows has never been supported. If it did work at one I think it might have been an accident / side effect of other work.
None the less I've pushed out a quick update for unofficial support for it. It should work, but there's no UI helper to ensure you are actually using a correct and valid wikilink.
I'll probably revisit this in the future as a feature update. Between now and then this is a secret, undocumented, unsupported feature!
