This only happened once, and I can't reproduce it. While playing on V4 branch.

Adding invertebrate eggs to cooking pot by shift-clicking.
slot 1 ingredient was unbaked maraka cakes, other ingredients were mostly invertebrate carcasses
Had one full stack of impethu eggs (plus the other things) in the pot, then added a stack of two sneachan eggs.
Instead of adding the two eggs, this instant cooked the soup. (looks like the eggs stayed in inventory, maybe)
The soup had zero calories (but did have water, maybe).

A quick test in creative mode was unable to reproduce the bug.

Other context:

in a coastal cave, while raining, above an unlit small wood fire.
