Stuck in "loading video stream.."

I received the JetKVM yesterday. Plugged it in, installed Updates per today.
Top right hand of screen show JetKVM Device as connected (green) and USB as Connected (green)

Video stream is not loading and when I try in Settings to set EDID , Message pops up
"failed to set EDID - error writing ctrl message - ctrl Socket not connected "

Any suggestions ?

I am having the same problem, as described in this issue. Most of the advice there relates to issues with cloud connectivity (which was not my original problem, but the thread got repeatedly hijacked) - maybe something there will help you though. I have not found a solution yet and have had no response from the vendor when reaching out via email.
