Can a top feature be added?

Window to the top
I want her to always be in front of my screen, reminding me what to do. I feel like many people would have this need.

On Ubuntu this is a native feature (click right on the title bar of the window to access this). I also tend to lean towards this being more the job of the OS or another application.

Hey @tqrj, if you're using Windows, I would suggest trying Microsoft's Power Toys for this. It has an "Always on Top" feature that you can add to any software, and I use it almost every week.
