Not Enough Features/Missing Features

There are many features that aren't included that could be extremely helpful, such as editing learnsets, editing/adding sprites, adding encounters, editing tilesets, editing moves/abilities, easier script editing, changing starters, and further support for prepatched/pre-edited roms.

Hopefully someone else can pick up this tool and add these missing features, perhaps pulling features from Hex Maniac Advance, G3HS, G3T, or PKSV
