Creation of the MMS hierarchy to be used for MMS based navigation

This sample adds new MMS hierarchy and set each term to be used as simple link.

1. Create TermSet with option to 'use this Term Set for site navigation'.
2. Create Term with option set as visible:Show in global menu, navigation node type:simple link or header.
3. Create Tern with option with term driven pages with friendly URLs
