Processing preset values

I recently found this video enhancer and started using it.
I noticed that the Windows UI will use default enhancement settings for every video added.
I found that for my videos, the settings Real-CUGAN with certain sub settings are ideal.

It is a bit of a hassle to adjust 5 settings every time I add a video, so I was thinking that being able to set default enhancement settings would be a good idea.

Maybe you could add a button that says "Use as Default", which memorizes the settings and uses it for every new video added?
There are different ways to set defaults of course, like a local text file, a context menu with selectable defaults, or just auto saving the last selection.

I believe adding defaults would make the program more convenient to use, so I hope you can consider it.
