Switched new unit testing environment.

We can implement test code at IL2C.Core.Tests.Fixture project with ILSupport.
The unit test driver is IL2C.Core.Tests project.

I'm thinking about how to simpler the unit test via single IL opcode.

It drives by gcc (!) from mingw binaries. The GccDriver class downloads at test execution phase automatically (now we drive with CI test.)
