Add table styling options

I hope this belongs here since its related to the minimal theme styling in Style Settings plugin

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be a "nice to have" additional styling options for Tables (Style Settings > Tables). Current options provide a lot of customization but there is none to control the border styling and background colour, amongst other things.

Proposed options

• Border colour and thickness
• Background/cells colour
• Header font/style
• Other?

Additional considerations
This will impact Dataview table and Cards, so perhaps a way to include or exclude these would be also nice.

Note: this can be achieved with custom CSS but since many themes include their own table styles I thought it would worth considering having a UI to style them.

At least make the header and row highlighting different and the header indenting.
