Higher level API modeled after Go stdlib

Hi do you think winim is stable enough to use as a base for higher level api similar to what Go's stdlib offers ?
I am thinking about eventlog, SID functions, service manager https://github.com/golang/sys/tree/master/windows etc

Or maybe you planned to add it yourself later on ?
