table2csv.py

Convert a human readable table into a csv file.

e.g.
Initials    Age     Score
K.A.        12      20
O.P.        16      45
D.H.        30      18

becomes

"Initials","Age","Score"
"K.A.","12","20"
"O.P.","16","45"
"D.H.","30","18"

The width of the columns is determined by looking for vertical lines containing only whitespace.
