Utility programs to help automate boring tasks.

Tools:

• ytplaylist_converter: downloads information from YouTube playlists using the YouTube API and outputs markdown documents containing playlist and video metadata. See video series in content/tutorial for examples.
• create_content: Creates new hugo content for our website.
• move_content: Moves content pieces and their directory, adding aliases to the front matter.
