HMP protocol was to 'dust' reads. We should include this feature.

Suggest demoting this to a "1.1" release. Unless some research has been done on the dependencies and the feasibility/licensing of including a static binary (or up-to-date all-OS Conda repo) and this is an easy thing to do.

Many aligners that actually care about dusting do it automatically during alignment (see BLAST), so it may be a non-issue for read prep anyway.

I didn't realize they dusted automatically. Sounds good to me.
