Telegram Logs Wont Open With Telegram.exe

checked for all telegram logs.
theyre saved in numbered folders. none of them have telegram.exe in them though.
when i run the telegram.exe in main folder it doesnt open cmd prompt to select acc and simply asks me to log in with phone number.
where do i find the phone number or how do i properly run this function to log into one of the telegram accounts..?
