Would be nice to quickly go from a namespace resource ID to a table or system resource ID.

namespaceId.getTableId(name);
namespaceId.getOffchainTableId(name);
namespaceId.getSystemId(name);

(we already have the inverse, like tableId.getNamespaceId())
