As I was working through your challenge, I came across this. Line 94 - Anatomy of the Linux file system. IBM changed the URL of the Developerworks website. Working URL is https://developer.ibm.com/tutorials/l-linux-filesystem/. I'll be working through your challenge again as I'm still learning Linux so if I come across anything else, I'll let you know.
