Hrm, seems moderately domain specific, "Pending Investigation" in Collins http://www.collinsdictionary.com/submission/11468/Bioswale — I'm certainly not opposed to it, though I'd love to come up with a way to draw a line between too-domain-specific and not-too-domain-specific.
