Description

I use to ping of monitoring url , It will not alarm when a fault occurs, but will remind you when the fault is restored.

webhook can not remind

There should be reminders when failures occur and when recovery fails

can not remind when failures , Only recovered alarms

There is a bug in how newlines are handled upstream:
JSON does not allow real line-breaks.
You need to replace all the line breaks with \n or split at the newlines separator and handle this in the target system.

Doing the replacement option in the notification provider would likely be a good idea (PR welcome).
