It would be awesome to have healthchecks (hosted and self hosted support) to do a keep alive to confirm your uptime kuma instance is still running. This would give some peace of mind without having to run another service like Uptime Robot to monitor your Uptime Kuma. This would allow you to do it without another server dependency

Technically it already is...
I have a Kuma check for https://hc-ping.com/<CHECK UUID> every minute.

Kuma will alert if HC goes down and HC will alert if Kuma doesn't check in.
