[bug] unwanted additional window spawned #43

Greetings,

with version 0.3.1 if i launch lxterminal when i already have a lxterminal window open, it launches an addition windiow

how to reproduce:
lxterminal &
lxterminal &

i now have 3 lxterminal windows open instead of 2

lxterminal &
lxterminal &
lxterminal &

i now have 5 lxterminal windows open instead of 3
