Looking for people who are familiar with Vue

I'm looking for people who are familiar with progressive js framework to rewrite part of the code. I personally prefer vue.js over react because I hate facebook. Possible tasks sorted by priority include

1. Rewrite ejs template in src/locale/* with Vue.
2. Rewrite calls of function getProperty and setProperty in https://github.com/machsix/Super-preloader/blob/master/src/index.js
3. Support of other language like Japanese, French, Russian and etc.
