Logger/TraderBot waits 4 minutes per update with BTC-e Market #35

I can not figure out why the Logger/Traderbot observers take 4-7 minutes to update the screen whenever the BTC-e market is in the markets list.

If I am just doing MtGox or Bitstamp, the observers follow the variable in config.py (2 minutes)
