Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we're using the Keda Azure Event Hubs scaler for the Azure container app and we're getting this error from the system log "Keda operator fails with "unable to get unprocessedEventCount for metrics: unable to get checkpoint from storage: %!w()" in v.2.15.1 using Azure event Hub trigger". The latest Keda version in the Azure Container App Environment is 1.15.1
It's related to this Keda issue: kedacore/keda#6084

The issue has been fixed and released in the Keda version 1.16 kedacore/keda#6260. Could you please upgrade the Keda version in the Azure Container App Environment to 1.16?
