Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Copilot chat page
  2. Talk with it and try to scroll down (the default shortcut is ctrl+Down). This will focus on the message box rather than scrolling down,_

If this is fixed, what is the shortcut to focus on message box?

There is a keybinding conflict here by default unfortunately. You can customize it, or just use the arrow keys or page up/down. Also see microsoft/vscode#226194
