An error exists in the elicitation example

Description

While testing the Elicitation example using MCP Inspector, an unexpected error appeared in the terminal: "Error executing tool book_table: Method not found." According to the JSON-RPC specification, the session attempts to call the method "elicitation/create", which may not work in the latest version.
