Periphery idles at higher than needed CPU

My periphery instance seems to idle at a higher than needed CPU usage:

Periphery doesn't use nearly as much on my other device, which is less powerful than this one.
There are no logs regarding this issue, and the container isn't doing anything.

Is there any reason for it to be using this much?

Seems strange to be using more specifically on this device

Does it come back up to roughly the same usage after a restart?

Also wondering if running a top/htop inside the container shows any processes are to blame

It indeed comes back roughtly the same after a restart. I ran top which only gave me the perhipery process but ctop individual view showed me this.

Also the logs aren't very descriptive except you see the high cpu usage;
