What timezone is used on transactions / transfers in Monero gui wallet?

Hello!

Basically: I thought I had xmr in my wallet from back in 2020. I go to use it recently, and after resyncing, it's gone. I see a sent transfer from back in 2020 that I don't remember. And I don't recognize the address it was sent to.

So, i'm trying to line up the transfer at that date and time with other transactions to figure out what it was.

But in my monero gui, it only reports the transaction time like so: 2024-07-21 19:21:10. What timezone is it?? It should show this info I think.

Also, has the timezone settings in the wallet changed from 2020 to now?

I don't see any settings for date / time. So, I have no idea.
