Using v0.27.2 with Linux Mageia 6.

Reproduction steps

Change channel through a playlist of rtsp urls with --rtsp-transport=udp . URLs are TV channels from french internet provider named Free, see the log.

Expected behavior

Previous UDP stream must be stopped before new one is opened. This is VLC behaviour with the same playlist.

Actual behavior

Previous UDP stream is stopped 15 seconds after, if bandwidth is not enough it prevents playing the new stream.

Still valid with 0.29.1 version
