Is it possible to preserve Pesticide activation on hot reloading? #60

When I develop and make changes to the code, the web application hot reloads (refreshes) and thus if I had Pesticide active, after refresh it would no longer be active and I would have to activate it again.

Is it possible to somehow preserve Pesticide activation with refreshing (hot reloading)?
