MacOS Sequoia (15.0.1) - no access to settings/interface

Describe the bug
when keyviz is launched and selected, the "settings" option is greyed out, I never see any UI, I also have no quicklaunch icon (as I have seen in some other mac users' video), only have the dock icon.
The mouse clicks and keyboard highlights function well.

Version: v2.0.02

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. click on keyviz dock icon
2. click on "keyviz" at the top left corner, next to apple menu.
3. settings is greyed out

Expected behavior
Would expect to see an interface to tweak options
