OpenTX 2.3 Branch for T16 - (Experimental !!!)

This is a experimental port of OpenTX 2.3 to the Jumper-T16 Transmitter

CMake-Options: -DTRANSLATIONS=DE -DPCB=X10 -DPCBREV=T16 -DGVARS=YES -DLUA=YES -DDEBUG=NO
